About Harry
Harry Bennett was a dedicated student at South Bromsgrove High School a passionate athlete involved in rugby with Kings Norton Rugby Club, football with Meadow Park Football Club, and cricket.
Tragically, he passed away at just 16 years old in January 2020 following a brief illness. In his memory, his family founded the Harry Bennett Foundation, which aims to provide access to the mental and physical benefits of sports.
The foundation's mission is to help individuals of all ages experience positive effects of sports and achieve their athletic dreams. It offers financial support for equipment, training, and the establishment of new clubs and teams, assisting those facing or physical health challenges or financial difficulties with one-time or ongoing funding to find comfort through sports.

HB9 supports enriching sports experiences, including attending events or matches, for those aspiring to be athletes, form teams, or enjoy watching sports.
